Rather than providing an exorbitant lump sum price akin to other builders in the order of 20%+ builders margin, we source competitive quotes for individual trade packages to which we tender out to the most competitive in the market and present them to you with a recommendation.

This recommendation is based on Niche’s experience in the industry, budget constraints of the client and complexity of the project. The Client is then free to choose which subcontractors are contracted to in the project.

Once trade packages are selected by the client, Niche Construction Management Pty Ltd then lets individual subcontracts to each trade and manages them contractually and onsite covering all site setup, OHS, Environmental and council obligations within our fee.

Niche will then deliver the project managing our clients investment by implementing our own unbiased quality control and client feedback model which minimises delays and client frustration in rectifying defective work.

Niche manages the cashflow of the project ensuring that subcontractors are paid only when work is complete and satisfactory and provides updated programs to the client reflecting duration of the project on a weekly basis.

Niche maintains contact with all interested parties to the project including Architects, Consultants, suppliers and subcontractors and remains the single point of call to the client for any issues or directives which may arise.

Any additions or alterations to the project are treated transparently with only Niche’s management fee applied to the total finished value of the project.Niche Construction Management are licensed builders with university qualified staff attending to every project.
