The Niche team provide progressive and innovative project solutions and methodologies to realise our client’s concepts with strategic, cost effective and efficient and desired outcomes. This is achieved through managing our client’s requirements and project risks before construction commencement, the phase that has the greatest impact on the construction costs. We focus on strong relationships with architects, designers, consultants, suppliers and contractors forming the best collaboration for each project. Niche Construction Management works closely with architects, designers and clients both through design development and construction phases to ensure design intent and detail is achieved.

Our Management Team
Managing Director Adam D’Angelo
Adam is the founding Director of Niche and is currently involved as the company’s Managing Director. Adam’s role as Managing Director allows him to apply his technical and operational expertise to the company. Prior to the establishment of Niche Construction Management, Adam has gained extensive experience with ISIS Hotel Projects as a Project Manager for major clients such as Accor Asia Pacific, Eureka Funds Management, The Sydney Harbour Marriot Hotel, Shangri-La Hotel and Star City Casino Darling Harbour. Adam was actively involved in delivering projects up to the value of 6 million dollars including the TAB refurbishment at Star City, Novotel Darling Harbour guestrooms and corridor refurbishment, IBIS Darling Harbour guestrooms and corridor refurbishment, Shangri-La Guestrooms and corridor refurbishment, Sofitel Wentworth Restaurant and Bar refurbishment and the Customs House Bar refurbishment in Circular Quay.
Prior to this Adam had a role at Integrated Construction Management Group as a Project Co-ordinator managing retail and office refurbishment for key clients including Leda Holdings, Eureka Funds Management, Trinity Property Trust, Reel Time Media and Group M. Adam was actively involved in the estimating, conceptual stage, development, construction and commissioning of projects up to the value of 2.5 million dollars.
Adam has achieved his Bachelor of Building Construction Management at the University of NSW.
Adam holds a current residential builder’s licence and relevant home owners warranty insurances.
Project Director George Jovicic
George is the Project Director of Niche Construction Management providing hands on project involvement to ensure that projects are handed over on time and to budget without compromising quality and client satisfaction.
Prior to George’s role as Project Director of Niche, George has worked at Quatram Building Services as Project Co-ordinator managing, estimating and coordinating retail and office refurbishment for key clients such as Baycorp and government services namely centrelink and RTA.
George’s role as Project Co-ordinator at Integrated Construction Management Group provided him with necessary work experience whilst studying full time at University. Here George developed his contract administration and estimating expertise.
George has achieved his Bachelor of Building Construction Management at the University of NSW.
